How It Works?
Step 1: Submit Your Deal - Fill out our JV form with the contract, photos, and key numbers. No form, no review.
Step 2: Underwrite & JV Agreement - We underwrite the deal, confirm we can help, then send you a simple non-exclusive 50/50 JV agreement to e-sign.
Step 3: We Dispo The Deal - We handle buyer outreach, offer negotiation, and transaction coordination on the dispo side while you stay on the A-B contract.
Step 4: Close & Get Paid - At closing, the assignment fee is split 50/50 on the HUD or through separate assignment. You get paid directly from title.
